Cavan-born comedian Kevin McGahern has been performing stand-up since 2009 and is a familiar face on Irish TV.

He was the longest-running host of RTÉ’s Republic of Telly and has presented documentaries, including Kevin McGahern’s Fast & Furious and Kevin McGahern’s America. He played Sim Card in The Hardy Bucks (Netflix), appeared in Redemption of a Rogue, and co-wrote the award-winning play The Devil’s Céilí.

Kevin hosts The Traitors Ireland: Uncloaked, the official after-show to The Traitors Ireland, and has also recently hosted Clear History and the 2025 IFTAs to critical acclaim. He performs regularly at Ireland’s leading comedy clubs and festivals, and co-hosts the chart-topping podcast The Lovely Show with Justine Stafford.
