This category is open to Building/Management Contractors and Project Delivery Specialists who demonstrate best practice in the construction of a building used for industrial purposes and completed within the last 2 years before the entry submission deadline. The project can be any type of Industrial Building including but not limited to factories, manufacturing and assembly buildings, power plants, data-centres, or warehouses. The project can be a new build or a substantial extension of an existing build in Ireland or abroad.

This category is open to Building, Civil Contractors and Specilaist Contractors who demonstrate best practice in the construction of a public, public realm, heritage, conservation (including restoration) or leisure building completed within the last 2 years before the entry submission deadline. The project can be any type of public or public realm project, heritage or leisure building including but not limited to museums, parks, street improvement schemes, courthouses, theatres, exhibition space, hotels, cinemas, sports spaces, commercial or community buildings. The project can be new build or substantial works to an existing build.

This category is open to Home Builders or Building Contractors, Management Contractors building directly or working in partnership with local authorities, housing agencies, developers or NFP charities who demonstrate best practice in the construction of a private or social, single or multi-unit residential project, student accommodation, completed within the last 2 years before the entry submission deadline in Ireland or abroad. 1 Private and 1 Social scheme may be entered per contractor. The project can be a new build, substantial extension, retrofit or refurbishment to an existing build.

This category is open to Building, Fit Out, Civil, Specialist Companies/Contractors, Specialists Services, M&E Contractors, Project Delivery and Management companies that demonstrate Innovation, Sustainability & MMC excellence. Examples of innovation include, but are not limited to, the application of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Lean thinking and practices, Delivering on ESG, Sustainability, Value Engineering, Offsite Construction, Specialist Training, CPD, a Process or system which improves deliverables.

BIM related entries should be entered into the dedicated BIM category. The project or initiative on which the innovation is applied can be in Ireland or abroad and can be completed or ongoing.
Finalists in this category will be invited to interview with the Judges.

This category is open to Construction Project Managers, managing projects for Main, MEP, Specialist Contractors, Project Delivery and PM Firms working in Ireland, who demonstrate excellence in the delivery using case study projects. Projects can be in Ireland or abroad and completed within the last 2 years before the entry submission deadline. Finalists in this category will be invited to interview with the Judges.
