The ICE Awards will be held in the Round Room at The Mansion House, Dublin.

One of Ireland’s most historic venues, The Round Room was the location for the first Dáil Eireann in 1919. Over the years the venue has welcomed many famous people, including Pope John Paul II, Queen Victoria, Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace of Monaco.

On the 29 March 2019 the venue will host the ICE Awards in a celebration of Irish Construction Excellence. The timeless 19th century setting combined with recent restoration and cutting-edge technology guarantees a lasting impression on visitors. Anna Geary

The ICE Awards is delighted to welcome back Anna Geary as our 2019 Gala Event MC.

The former four time All-Ireland winning Camogie captain is well known for her successful career on the pitch and as a former Cork Rose in 2014. Anna has won over 20 All-Ireland medals during her illustrious sporting career, including 7 senior All-Ireland medals with Cork and her club, Milford.

Since retiring from camogie, the Cork native has regularly featured on TV and Radio. Anna was the winning coach on RTÉ One’s television programme ‘Ireland’s Fittest Family’ in 2016. She was previously the face of a weekly health and fitness slot for RTÉ One’s Today show. Anna is also a Sky Sports, Living for Sport Athlete Mentor and is the pitchside presenter for Eir Sports Live weekly sport programme 2018 Allianz League Games.

On radio, Anna is a regular panellist on the sports round up on the Sean O’Rourke Show on RTÉ Radio One contributing also to 2FM and Today FM.

Anna features on the Irish Independent’s weekly sports podcast ‘The Throw In’ and is currently a Guest Columnist with the Irish Examiner where she writes a weekly lifestyle column in the Feelgood supplement every Friday.

Anna was a finalist on RTÉ One’s hugely popular Dancing with the Stars in 2018 where she took to the dancefloor every Sunday night to showcase her skills.
